Return Policy

Due to the nature of the personalized products we sell, if the item is produced in accordance with your personalization, our description and standards, we are unable to accept a return.

If there is a mistake on our part or an item is defective, please contact us immediately and we will be happy to replace and ship the item(s) at our expense. We may require a photo of the problem or request the item be returned to us however this varies upon situation.

Please note we can not accept a returned item after two weeks of delivery.
