Shipping + Handling

Please allow approximately two weeks for delivery for personalized items. Some items may take less time. In many instances, items ordered together will arrive separately. All our products ship via FedEx Ground unless otherwise noted on the order.

Whether you select standard shipping or expedited, idesign + co can not be held responsible for delays associated with the mail carrier (IE FedEx). Accordingly, all shipping charges will not be refunded.

If you are shipping a gift to an address other than your own, you may provide a short gift message during the check out process which will be enclosed in the box. We do not include a copy of your original order or an invoice inside our packages.
